Port Dundas Urban Skatepark

Scottish Waterways Trust were awarded £50,000 in 2017 towards the creation of the new Port Dundas Urban Skatepark in Glasgow. Housed in a repurposed former whisky bond near the Forth and Clyde Canal, the skatepark complex comprises a street area at the front of the building, utilising the original features of the loading bay of the bonded warehouse, and a large bowl constructed in the large main warehouse to the rear of the site. The funds were donated to the SLCF by Avondale Environmental Limited, part of the NPL Group.
